Surface Preparation Engineering Pte Ltd designs, fabricates and markets machinery that clean and prepare metallic surfaces. The surface preparation machinery we offer include the complete range of wheelblast and airblast equipment. The equipment are designed and manufactured based on the principles of centrifugal propulsion and pneumatic propulsion of the abrasive respectively.
At Surface Preparation Engineering Pte Ltd, collaboration with our clients is at the core of our approach. We tailor our machinery to match their distinctive requirements by offering customizations to our existing designs and crafting machinery specific to their applications.
We not only specialise in building new equipment but also rebuild or retrofit current installations and offer a cost-effective alternative to purchasing new machinery. We can also rebuild or retrofit other manufacturers’ machines to allow customers to achieve the same productivity and cost savings available with our equipment.
Our founder, H L Khaw, founded SPE to address a major shortcoming of a highly industrial market dominated by large companies – design inflexibility. We thus specialise in providing fluid designs tailored to meeting our customers’ unique and complex needs, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses in Singapore and the region. This is achieved through continuous innovation and research and development that focuses on improving quality and efficiency and reducing costs and energy usage.
